Necessary storage
Zennvue stores your privacy choice locally so the website can remember it. Hosting, security, identity, and transaction providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver, protect, and authenticate the services you request. When you explicitly submit the footer newsletter form, its email address and consent record are sent to the private Trunnion lead registry whether or not you accept optional analytics.
Analytics
Before a choice, Trunnion counts page loads by date, hour, broad device class, and country-level location. It immediately stores only aggregate counters, not IP addresses, raw user agents, page paths, visitor/session IDs, full URLs, referrers, campaigns, browser or operating-system versions, state/city or precise location, interactions, or form data. Country groups below five pageviews are combined as Unknown/Other in reports. These counts cannot identify unique visitors or sessions and stop after rejection. If accepted, Google Analytics and detailed Trunnion Analytics measure sessions, navigation, and form outcomes. Accepting also enables a periodic newsletter prompt, shown at most every 15 days.
Advertising
If accepted, the Meta Pixel is active on this website. Accepting advertising shares identifiers such as cookie IDs, device information, and your activity on this site with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, which some state laws treat as a sale or sharing of personal information. The pixel does not load before advertising consent and runs under Meta's Limited Data Use flag. You can opt out at any time via Manage privacy or the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer.
Control and withdrawal
Use Manage privacy in the footer at any time to accept or reject analytics and advertising separately. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for the current visit: we signal consent revocation to the vendor, delete the cookies the withdrawn category set (such as _ga and _fbp), and reload the page so optional tracking stops rather than continuing until the next visit.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional categories off and is honored as a valid opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Zennvue treats the legacy Do Not Track browser signal the same way: when either signal is present, analytics and advertising stay off and any inconsistent saved choice is replaced.
Application storage
The authenticated Zennvue application may use necessary session, security, and preference storage to provide accounts and product workflows. Those technologies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the choices available in the application.
