Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Zennvue website, marketplace, vendor workspace, planning tools, and related services (the "Services"), operated by Trunnion AI LLC ("Trunnion AI," "Zennvue," "we," "us," or "our"), a Duskbridge company. By creating an account, accepting a checkout, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them, including the Acceptable Use Policy and, for business and vendor accounts, the Data Processing Addendum.
Eligibility and authority
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services lawfully. If you act for a business, team, couple, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it and to provide the information and content you submit.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use available security controls, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate team access. We may require verification before enabling or restoring features.
Marketplace relationships
Zennvue connects couples and clients with independent wedding and event vendors. Vendors are not Zennvue employees or agents. The vendor, not Zennvue, provides the wedding or event service and is responsible for licensing, insurance, taxes, pricing, availability, service quality, and performance. The service contract is between the client and vendor unless a checkout states otherwise.
Vendor listings and reviews
Vendors must keep listings, portfolio rights, prices, service areas, availability, qualifications, and disclosures accurate. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not be purchased, manipulated, retaliatory, unlawful, or misleading. Paid placement boosts where a vendor appears in marketplace results, and we label promoted placement and featured results so they are distinguishable from standard fit-ranked results. We moderate, investigate, restrict, or remove listings and content under the Marketplace Policy.
Subscriptions, trials, fees, and payments
Current prices, including annual prices in dollars, trial length, renewal frequency, placement charges, marketplace economics, and payment-processing terms appear at checkout and on the Pricing page. A card-required trial converts to the selected paid plan at the price shown unless canceled before the deadline shown at signup. Subscriptions, including the consumer Pro and Planner plans, renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until canceled. Stripe processes payment and payout information under its own terms. Taxes may apply.
Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
You can cancel a subscription online, in the same way you bought it: self-service from your account settings in the application, or by emailing hello@zennvue.com from the account email. We honor cancellation requests made by either path. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. This applies to vendor plans and to the consumer Pro and Planner plans alike. Fees are non-refundable except where law or the applicable checkout terms require otherwise. Marketplace-service cancellations and refunds depend on the vendor contract and any Zennvue protection terms presented for the booking. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
AI-assisted features
AI features may draft, summarize, match, score, review, or recommend based on available context. Output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. Review it before sending, signing, paying, booking, or relying on it. Zennvue AI is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or safety advice and does not replace professional judgment or required human decisions. The intended use and known limitations of each AI feature are described at AI disclosures, and prohibited uses of the AI features are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. Customer content is not used to train models across customers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Zennvue a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, display, transmit, and adapt for technical delivery that content as needed to operate and secure the Services and to provide the features you use, in accordance with your settings and the Privacy Policy. This license does not permit using your content to train AI models across customers, and we will not use your content to promote the Services without your separate permission. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to violate law or rights; deceive, harass, discriminate, exploit, or impersonate; upload malware or unlawful content; scrape or access systems without authorization; bypass limits or security; manipulate reviews, ranking, leads, bookings, or payments; expose another person's confidential information; or interfere with service operation. The full policy, including prohibited uses of the AI features and the consequences of violation, is the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Zennvue property
The Services, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other Zennvue materials are owned by Trunnion AI LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no license is granted. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Third-party services
The Services may connect to Stripe and other identity, hosting, email, analytics, communication, or integration providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Zennvue is not responsible for third-party products outside its control.
Suspension and termination
We may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or the Services, comply with law, address nonpayment, enforce these Terms, or respond to security or integrity risk. You may stop using the Services and cancel eligible subscriptions. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Zennvue disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee vendor performance, user conduct, continuous availability, marketplace results, booking outcomes, or error-free AI output. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zennvue and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or losses arising from dealings between marketplace users. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires another result. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in New Mexico may hear disputes unless the parties agree to another permitted process.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services or law change. The revised date identifies the current version, and additional notice will be provided when required. Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@zennvue.com or Trunnion AI LLC, 8100 Wyoming Blvd NE, Ste M4-301, Albuquerque, NM 87113.
